PRODUCT DESIGNER and LEAD UX RESEARCHER

FROM COMMAND LINE INTERFACE TO GUI TO MAP AND MODEL DATA FOR KNOWLEDGE GRAPHS

I helped Stardog understand and validate their assumptions to switch to a 4GL platform. I lead the user research for this project to understand the needs and wants of the user. My team proposed 6 product concepts across various stages of knowledge graph creation.

I was involved in screening and recruitment of participants, setting interview focus and guide and product concepts.

Performed a usability evaluation on a screenless voice user interface and recommendations to create a better experience for the user.

I visualized the results using Tabluea to make my case surrounding the usability issues and how to mitigate them.

UNDERSTANDING VACATION AND PLANNING

In collaboration with Vist Harford!, a division of Maryland tourism department, we were tasked to identify areas of breakdowns in their website and to assist the tourists to plan effectively. 

Used various research methods and models like contextual inquiry, affinity models, decision point model and identity model to provide high-level product concepts.
